Why is my ad getting so much negative/positive feedback?

It is important to keep in mind that all feedback is good feedback. Essentially, positive and negative votes work in the same way: they push an ad toward its appropriate audience.

Does negative feedback mean you'll stop showing my ad?

Not at all! We use all feedback to ensure that your ad is going to the group most likely to like your ad. But if you're not seeing as many impressions as you'd like to, simply increase your bid price.

What ad sizes and formats do you support?

We offer the 5 most popular formats (468x60, 120x600, 728x90, 160x600, and 300x250), and accept ads in GIF, JPG, PNG or Flash format.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal. We offer 256-bit SSL encryption on our account pages. We request payment at the end of each month.

What ad sizes do you offer?

We offer the 5 most popular formats (468x60, 120x600, 728x90, 160x600, and 300x250). With the Adpinion interface, those become 486x70, 120x635, 746x107, 160x635, and 300x285, respectively.

How can I receive payment from Adpinion?

We offer both checks by mail or Paypal transfers. Whichever is easier for you.

When are checks sent/PayPal payments made?

We make payments at the end of each month, with a minimum balance of $25.
